Rose Ministries
R.O.S.E. (Reaching Out to Seniors Everywhere) is a co-ordinated ministry with a vision to reach the seniors in our community for Christ. This involves members of our church and other churches reaching out together to show God's love to the senior people in our community, and working alongside local Care Agencies in the care we provide. Prime Time
2.00-3.40pm Tuesdays
Our guests enjoy a warm welcome and varied programme of activities, including visiting speakers, discussions, communion, outings. Our afternoons finish with a time to chat over a hot drink and biscuits. Transport is provided whenever required.
There has been a mid-week service for seniors for more than 35 years.
Coffee Mornings
10.30am-12 noon Wednesdays
An opportunity for friends and neighbours in the community to meet each other and meet us.

Friends and Neighbours Days
11am-3.30pm Tuesdays monthly
These increasingly popular monthly events include a range of activities, entertainment and a 3-course meal, concluding with cakes, hot drinks and a short epilogue.
Residential Homes Visitation
Every Sunday afternoon and mid-week mornings our teams visit Homes in the community to take a service: favourite hymns, a short Christian message and prayers for individual residents and the Homes. The service concludes with a time to talk and share with each resident attending.
Currently, 13 Homes are visited each month: 6 on Sundays and 7 during the midweek. In addition we make regular weekly pastoral visits to some Homes.
Visits at home
We are able to visit individual people in their own homes. Please contact the church office if you would like a visit.
Holiday at Home
This 2-day event takes place in June and provides fun and friendship for the seniors in our community.
